Incredible details from my cottage garden…
The way the individuals hair and fiber of each bloom are magnified up to the tiniest of detail, the dew on each petal, every spot, the spider web and pollen are intensify and increase for maximum effect. Simply beautiful! I can look at it for hours…

Spring is a miraculous experience. The whole world comes alive after the winter in which it seemed that everything was dead. The world comes filled with color and the scent of delicious greenery. The world that seemed so dull and cold has come alive once again. Little did we know that beneath the cold hard ground the plants and trees were preparing for rebirth. Spring gives us hope for rejuvenation in our own lives as well. Spring is a time to renew the excitement and zest for life that lives inside.

In the midst of the winter, let me warm you with the vibrant flowers from my summer garden…

Yellow Flowers

Nothing reminds me more of Summer than the color of yellow. No wonder the Sun is yellow, Smiley is yellow and if you want to represents happy, you cannot do better than yellow. Yellow flowers are like physical manifestations of sunlight.

 

Pink Flowers

Who doesn’t like pink? Christian Dior once said: “The tones of gray, pale turquoise and pink will prevail.” I agree but I think he forgot to mention black.

In my garden I have a lot of pink flowers. Some of them annuals, some are perennials. Though it is not my favorite color when it comes to clothes, accessories, or design theme in general, I can appreciate them in the garden. The soft, and fresh palette evokes tenderness, vulnerability and romance…
